Where is the option for email in the TDAC form?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 3rd, 2025 8:22 PM
For the TDAC they ask for your email after you completed the form.

We submitted the TDAC a day ago, but have not received any email yet. Does it matter what email I have (mine ends with .ru)?
-1
AnonymousAnonymousMay 3rd, 2025 4:51 PM
You can try submitting the TDAC form again, as they allow multiple submissions. But this time, be sure to download and save it, as there is a button for downloading.

If a person owns a condo, can he provide the address of the condo or does he need a hotel reservation?
1
AnonymousAnonymousMay 3rd, 2025 4:14 PM
For your TDAC submission, just select "Apartment" as the accommodation type and enter your condo’s address.

If you have a NON IMMIGRANT VISA and are residing in Thailand, is it acceptable to use a Thai address as your residence?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 3rd, 2025 12:22 AM
For TDAC, if you stay in Thailand for more than 180 days in a year, you can set your country of residence to Thailand.

If from DMK Bangkok - Ubon Ratchathani, do I need to fill out the TDAC? I am Indonesian.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 9:42 PM
TDAC is only required for international arrivals to Thailand. No need for TDAC for domestic flights.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 5:40 PM
I entered the arrival date incorrectly. I received a code via email. I saw it, changed it, and saved it. And no second email was received. What should I do?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 5:49 PM
You should edit the TDAC application again, and it should provide you with the option to upload the TDAC.

Can I cancel the TDAC after submitting it?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 4:48 PM
You cannot cancel the TDAC. You can update it.

It is also worth noting that you can submit multiple applications, and only the most recent will be considered.

How about for a non-B visa, do I also need to apply for TDAC?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 4:48 PM
Yes, NON-B visa holders must still apply for the TDAC.

All non-Thai nationals must apply.

I will be going to Thailand in June with my mother and my mother's sister. My mother and my mother's sister do not have mobile phones or computers. I plan to do it on my mobile phone, but can I also do it for my mother and my mother's sister on my mobile phone?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 4:49 PM
Yes, you can submit all TDACs and save the screenshot on your phone as well.

That’s surprising. In my experience, the TDAC system has worked quite well.

-1

For the TDAC for. "occupation" you put your job, if you do not have a job, you could be retired or unemployed.

I arrived in Thailand on 21/04/2025 so I could not enter the details from 01/05/2025. Can someone please email me to help cancel the application as it is incorrect. Do we need a TDAC if we are in Thailand before 01/05/2025? We are leaving on 07/05/2025. Thank you.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 11:58 AM
For TDAC, only your most recent submission is valid. Any previous TDAC submissions are ignored once a new one is submitted.

You should also be able to update/edit your TDAC arrival date in a few days without submitting a new one.

However, the TDAC system does not allow you to set an arrival date more than three days in advance, so you will need to wait until you're within that timeframe.

If I have an O visa stamp and a Re-Entry stamp, what visa number do I submit on the TDAC form? Thanks.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 11:53 AM
For your TDAC you would use your original non-o visa number, or a yearly extension stamp number if you have it.

TDAC, if I leave Australia and change over in Singapore to Bangkok (layover time 2 hours) both flights have different flight numbers, I have heard to just put Australia and then heard you must put the last port of call i.e. Singapore, which is correct.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 2nd, 2025 12:22 AM
You use your origin flight number where you originally boarded for your TDAC.

So for your case it would be Australia.

I understood this form was to be completed 3 days before arrival in Thailand. I leave in 3 days on 3rd May and arrive on 4th May.. the form is not allowing me to put 03/05/25

The rule did not say complete 3 days before I left
-1
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 11:36 PM
For your TDAC you can select 2025/05/04, I just tested it.

I just tried to fill out the TDAC and couldn't proceed.

I am flying from Germany on May 3, with a layover on May 4 in Beijing and then flying from Beijing to Phuket. I arrive in Thailand on May 4.

I entered that I am boarding in Germany, but I can only select May 4 (and later) for the 'Departure Date'; May 3 is greyed out and cannot be selected. Or is that referring to the departure from Thailand when I fly back?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 5:41 PM
In the TDAC, the arrival field is the date of your arrival in Thailand and the departure field is the date of your departure from Thailand.

Also, when you submit for your TDAC, it should offer you an option to download it as well without having to get an email.

I would like to know whether it is required to put the departure information if I go to Thailand for hospital and not sure of the departure day yet?
And do I need to edit the form later on when I know the date of leaving Thailand or can just leave it blank?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 9:36 AM
Departure date is not required in the TDAC unless you are doing transit.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 9:57 AM
Okay. Thank you.
So even if I know the date to leave Thailand, I also don’t have to edit it and fill in the departure later on?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 10:27 AM
I can depend on your visa type.

If you arrive without a visa then you may run into issues with immigration as they may want to see a departure ticket.

In those cases it would make sense to submit the TDAC departure info.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 11:09 AM
I will be going from a non-visa country, and I will go to hospital, so not having the departure date for leaving the country yet at the moment, but won't stay longer than the allowed 14 days period. . So what I should I do for this?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 1st, 2025 12:15 PM
If you are entering Thailand on a visa exemption, tourist visa, or visa on arrival (VOA), a return or onward flight is already a mandatory requirement, so you should be able to provide that information for your TDAC submission.

Suggestion is to book a flight where you can modify the dates.

Good afternoon. Please tell me, if I cross the border in Ranong from Myanmar to Thailand, which mode of transport should I select, land or water?

For TDAC, you select the land route if you cross the border by car or on foot.

Hello. Our client wants to enter Thailand in September. He will be in Hong Kong for 4 days beforehand. Unfortunately, he has no way (no phone) to fill out the digital entry card in Hong Kong. Is there a solution? The colleague from the embassy mentioned tablets that would be available upon entry?
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 30th, 2025 10:19 PM
We recommend that you print the TDAC application for your client in advance.

Because when the clients arrive, only a few devices will be available, and I expect a very long queue at the TDAC devices.

What if I bought a ticket on May 9 for a flight on May 10?
Airlines can't sell tickets to Thailand for 3 days or customers will condemn them.
What about if I have to stay 1 night near Don Mueang airport in a hotel for connecting flights?
I don't think that the TDAC was made by smart people.
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 30th, 2025 6:25 PM
You can submit the TDAC within 3 days of arrival so for your first scenario you simply submit it.

As for the second scenario they have an option for "I am a transit passenger"

0
DaveDaveApril 30th, 2025 5:44 PM
It says to submit TDAC 72 hours before arriving in Thailand. I have not seen if that is the day of arrival or the time of flight arrival? IE: I arrive on May 20th at 2300. Thank you.
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 30th, 2025 6:04 PM
It is really "Within 3 Days Before Arrival".

So you can submit on the same day of arrival or up to 3 days before your arrival.

Or you can use a submission service to handle the TDAC for you much earlier before your arrival.

Good afternoon!
Do I need to fill anything out if arriving in Thailand before May 1, but departing back at the end of May?
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 30th, 2025 12:41 PM
If you arrive before May 1, the requirement does not apply.

The arrival date is important, not the departure date. TDAC is only required for those arriving on May 1 or later.

0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 30th, 2025 12:08 PM
You can select Transit Passenger if your arrival date is within 1 day of your departure date.

This will make it so you do not need to fill out the accommodation.

0

Dear TDAC Thailand,

I'm Malaysian. I have registered TDAC in 3 steps. The closing required a valid e-mail address to send the successful TDAC form with TDAC number to me. However, the email address can't be switched to 'small font' in the email column. Therefore, I can't receive the approval. But I managed to take a snapshot of the TDAC approval number on my phone. QUESTION, can I show the TDAC approved number during immigration check-in??? Thank you

You can show the approval QR code / document they allow you to download.

The email version is not required, and is the same document.

While filling out the required vehicle information, I noticed that I could only enter the numbers, but not the two Lao letters at the front of my plate. I was just wondering if that’s okay or if there’s another way to include the full license plate format? Thank you in advance for your help!
