We will be in Thailand for 2 months. We will go to Laos for a few days; upon returning to Thailand, can we complete the TDAC at the border without a smartphone?
0
AnonymousAnonymousNovember 3rd, 2025 5:05 PM
No, you will need to submit the TDAC online; they do not have kiosks like airports do.

You can submit it in advance via:
https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply

I completed registration for the Thai Digital Arrival Card and received a reply email, but the QR code was removed. At immigration, is it sufficient to present the registration data listed below the QR code?

A screenshot of the TDAC number, or the confirmation email, will be fine to present.

I only have a one-way ticket (from Italy to Thailand) and I don't know the return date — how can I fill in the TDAC under the "departure from Thailand" field?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 31st, 2025 7:19 PM
The return section is optional only if you are traveling with a long-term visa.
If instead you enter without a visa (visa exemption), you must have a return flight otherwise you risk being refused entry.
This is not only a TDAC requirement, but a general entry rule for travelers without a visa.

Also remember to have 20,000 THB in cash upon arrival.

Hi! I have completed the TDAC and submitted it last week. But I have not received any response from TDAC. What should I do? I am traveling to Thailand this Wednesday. My personal ID number 19581006-3536. Best regards, Björn Hantoft

We do not understand which personal identity number that is. Please check that you have not used a fake website.

Make sure the TDAC domain ends in .co.th, or .go.th

If I have a one-day stopover in Dubai, do I need to declare it on the TDAC?
-2
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 30th, 2025 11:48 PM
You would choose Dubai for your TDAC if the last inbound flight is from Dubai to Thailand.

I have a one-day stopover in Dubai; do I need to declare it on the TDAC?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 30th, 2025 6:24 PM
You would therefore use Dubai as the country of departure. It is the last country before arriving in Thailand.

I am flying from Germany (Berlin) via Turkey (Istanbul) to Phuket.
Do I need to enter Turkey or Germany in TDAC?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 28th, 2025 8:14 PM
For your TDAC your arrival flight is the last flight, so in your case it would be Türkiye

I entered the given name Günter (as it is in the German passport) as Guenter, because the letter ü cannot be captured. Is that wrong and must I now enter the given name Günter as Gunter? Do I now have to apply for a new TDAC because the given name cannot be changed?
1
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 27th, 2025 10:51 PM
You should write Gunter instead of Günter, because the TDAC only allows A-Z.
-1
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 28th, 2025 6:48 AM
Can I really rely on that? I don't want to have to re-enter the TDAC at a so-called kiosk at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok.

0

Do not travel to Thailand with a one-way ticket unless you hold a long-term visa.

This is not a TDAC rule but an exception to the visa requirement.

How long is visa-free entry to Thailand at present—still 60 days, or back to 30 as it was before?
0

It is 60 days and that has nothing to do with TDAC.

If I do not have a last name/family name when filling in TDAC, how should I fill in the last name/family name field?

For TDAC, if you do not have a family/last name, you must still fill in the last name field. Simply put a hyphen "-" in that field.

I am traveling with my son to Thailand on 6/11/25 for competitions at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship. When should I submit the application and do I need to make two separate applications or can I include both of us in one application? If I submit it from today, is there any fee?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 20th, 2025 4:15 PM
You can apply now and add as many travelers as you need through the agents' TDAC system:

Each traveler receives their own TDAC.

I don't have a return flight planned; I intend to stay either one month or two (in which case I will apply for a visa extension). Is return flight information mandatory? (Because I don't have a date or flight number). What should I fill in then? Thank you
-1
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 20th, 2025 4:14 PM
A round-trip flight is required to enter Thailand under the visa exemption program and VOA. You can omit this flight from your TDAC, but you will still be denied entry because you do not meet the entry requirements.

You only need to complete the TDAC for each entry into Thailand. Domestic flights are not required.

Hello
I will travel to Thailand in December
Can I apply for the TDAC now?
Which link is the valid application?
When will the approval arrive?
Is there a possibility that it may not arrive?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 15th, 2025 6:53 AM
You can apply for your TDAC immediately using the link below:
https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply

If you apply within 72 hours after your arrival, approval is received within 1-2 minutes. If you apply more than 72 hours before your arrival, your approved TDAC will be emailed to you 3 days before your arrival date.

All TDACs are approved, so it is not possible that you will not receive approval.

If you use the agents system you can copy the previous TDAC just by clicking the NEW button on the status page.

I entered my name in family name, given name order and left the middle name blank. However, the full name field on the arrival card I received shows given name, family name, family name — i.e., the family name is duplicated. Is this intended behavior?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 6th, 2025 5:24 PM
No, that is not correct. An error may have occurred when submitting the TDAC application.

This can occur due to browser autofill or user error.

You will need to edit the TDAC or resubmit it.

You can make edits by logging into the system using your email address.

For the TDAC you must provide the flight number of the final flight on which you actually arrive in Thailand. So if you have a stopover in another country, please enter the flight number of the connecting flight that lands in Thailand.

You can click the "(i)" icon next to any field if you need more information or are unsure what to enter.

Good afternoon! If we are traveling to Thailand for vacation for the second time within a year, could there be problems at border control? We completed the form and received the QR code.
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 3rd, 2025 8:09 PM
This will depend on the method of entry and your travel history to Thailand. It is not related to TDAC, as TDAC is approved automatically.
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 3rd, 2025 5:51 PM
Good afternoon! After completing the TDAC form and receiving the QR code, we received a letter from a representative of the Thai Visa Centre - Urgent Services stating that we have risks upon arrival in Thailand. We are traveling for the second time this year. The first time was on vacation in July. We have a full tour package: hotel, return flights, group transfer, medical insurance. Could we actually have problems at border control?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 3rd, 2025 8:53 PM
It all depends on the country of your passport and your travel history, especially how much time you have already spent in Thailand. If you are entering under visa exemption, immigration may carry out more thorough checks.

In general, if the previous trip lasted less than 30 days, there are usually no problems.

Hello, I have a 3-hour transit in Bangkok on October 4 to go to Hong Kong coming from Réunion via Air Austral. Do I need to fill out the TDAC card?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 2nd, 2025 7:42 AM
For transit passengers: if you disembark from the plane and need to collect your baggage, you must still complete a TDAC. For a transit TDAC, it is sufficient that the arrival date and the departure date be the same day or within one day, and no accommodation address is required.

For your TDAC, I would choose the Doha to Bangkok flight as your first flight to Thailand. However, for your health declaration of visited countries, I would include all of them.

Hello, I would like to know what I should write in the field asking if I was in any country on the list in the 14 days prior. I have not been in any of those listed countries in the last 14 days. I live and work in Germany and I only travel every 6-7 for work to go on holiday and I always go to Thailand; on October 14 I will stay for 2 weeks and then return to Germany. What should I write regarding this?
0

For the TDAC, if you are referring to the yellow fever section, you only need to list the countries you have been to in the last 14 days. If you haven't been to any of the countries on the list, you can simply indicate that.
