We will be in Thailand for 2 months. We will go to Laos for a few days; upon returning to Thailand, can we complete the TDAC at the border without a smartphone?

Hello, I would like to know what I should write in the field asking if I was in any country on the list in the 14 days prior. I have not been in any of those listed countries in the last 14 days. I live and work in Germany and I only travel every 6-7 for work to go on holiday and I always go to Thailand; on October 14 I will stay for 2 weeks and then return to Germany. What should I write regarding this?
