Instead, it issues a URL that displays a document with the proof of the vaccine. The vaccination center told me it should be ok because it is an official document, however it is not the classic format. Is it likely that I will have a problem at the moment of presenting the certificate? Thanks!

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding the completion of the TDAC form.
My husband and I completed our TDAC forms for our arrival scheduled for tomorrow. However, in the meantime our original flight was cancelled and we were rebooked to a different flight.
Using my digital card number, I was able to correct the flight number on my TDAC without any issue. Unfortunately, when I try to access my husband’s TDAC using his digital card number, the system cannot find his record.
In this case, should I create a new TDAC application for my husband, or is there another way to correct the existing one?
