Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) Requirements

Thailand has implemented the Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) which has replaced the paper TM6 immigration form for all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea.

The TDAC streamlines entry procedures and enhances the overall travel experience for visitors to Thailand.

Panimula sa Thailand Digital Arrival Card

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form that has replaced the paper-based TM6 arrival card. It provides convenience for all foreigners entering Thailand by air, land, or sea. The TDAC is used to submit entry information and health declaration details before arriving in the country, as authorized by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand.

Sino ang Dapat Mag-submit ng TDAC

Lahat ng banyagang pumapasok sa Thailand ay kinakailangang magsumite ng Thailand Digital Arrival Card bago ang kanilang pagdating, na may mga sumusunod na pagb exception:

• Mga dayuhan na naglilipat o naglilipat sa Thailand nang hindi dumadaan sa kontrol ng imigrasyon

Kailan Isusumite ang Iyong TDAC

Paano Gumagana ang Sistema ng TDAC?

Proseso ng Aplikasyon ng TDAC

Tandaan na ang lahat ng detalye ay dapat ipasok sa Ingles. Para sa mga dropdown na patlang, maaari mong i-type ang tatlong karakter ng nais na impormasyon, at awtomatikong ipapakita ng sistema ang mga kaugnay na opsyon para sa pagpili.

Kinakailangang Impormasyon para sa Pagsumite ng TDAC

Upang makumpleto ang iyong aplikasyon ng TDAC, kakailanganin mong ihanda ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon:

1. Impormasyon ng Pasaporte

• Apelyido (pangalan ng pamilya)
• Unang pangalan (pangalan na ibinigay)
• Gitnang pangalan (kung naaangkop)
• Numero ng pasaporte
• Nasyonalidad/Kabansaan

2. Personal na Impormasyon

• Petsa ng kapanganakan
• Propesyon
• Kasarian
• Numero ng visa (kung naaangkop)
• Bansa ng paninirahan
• Lungsod/Estado ng paninirahan
• Numero ng telepono

3. Impormasyon sa Paglalakbay

• Petsa ng pagdating
• Bansa kung saan ka sumakay
• Layunin ng paglalakbay
• Paraan ng paglalakbay (aeroplano, lupa, o dagat)
• Paraan ng transportasyon
• Numero ng flight/Numero ng sasakyan
• Petsa ng pag-alis (kung alam)
• Paraan ng pag-alis ng paglalakbay (kung alam)

4. Impormasyon sa Tirahan sa Thailand

• Uri ng akomodasyon
• Probinsya
• Distrito/Saklaw
• Sub-Distrito/Sub-Area
• Post code (kung alam)
• Tirahan

5. Impormasyon sa Deklarasyon ng Kalusugan

• Mga Bansang binisita sa loob ng dalawang linggo bago ang pagdating
• Sertipiko ng Baksinasyon sa Yellow Fever (kung naaangkop)
• Petsa ng pagbabakuna (kung naaangkop)
• Anumang sintomas na naranasan sa nakaraang dalawang linggo

Pakitandaan na ang Thailand Digital Arrival Card ay hindi isang visa. Dapat mo pa ring tiyakin na mayroon kang angkop na visa o kwalipikado para sa exemption sa visa upang makapasok sa Thailand.

Mga Benepisyo ng TDAC System

Nag-aalok ang sistema ng TDAC ng ilang mga bentahe kumpara sa tradisyunal na papel na TM6 form:

• Mas mabilis na proseso ng imigrasyon sa pagdating
• Nabawasan ang mga dokumento at pasanin sa administrasyon
• Kakayahang i-update ang impormasyon bago ang paglalakbay
• Pinahusay na katumpakan ng data at seguridad
• Pinahusay na kakayahan sa pagsubaybay para sa mga layunin ng pampublikong kalusugan
• Mas napapanatiling at environmentally friendly na diskarte
• Pagsasama sa iba pang mga sistema para sa mas maayos na karanasan sa paglalakbay

Mga Limitasyon at Paghihigpit ng TDAC

Habang nag-aalok ang sistema ng TDAC ng maraming benepisyo, may ilang mga limitasyon na dapat malaman:

• Kapag naipasa na, ang ilang pangunahing impormasyon ay hindi maaaring i-update, kabilang ang:
  • Buong Pangalan (tulad ng nakalagay sa pasaporte)
  • Numero ng Pasaporte
  • Nasyonalidad/Kabansaan
  • Petsa ng Kapanganakan
• Lahat ng impormasyon ay dapat ilagay sa Ingles lamang
• Kinakailangan ang access sa internet upang makumpleto ang form
• Maaaring makaranas ng mataas na trapiko ang sistema sa panahon ng mga peak na panahon ng paglalakbay.

Mga Kinakailangan sa Pahayag ng Kalusugan

Bilang bahagi ng TDAC, ang mga manlalakbay ay dapat kumpletuhin ang isang pahayag sa kalusugan na kinabibilangan ng: Kasama dito ang Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate para sa mga manlalakbay mula sa mga apektadong bansa.

• Listahan ng mga bansang binisita sa loob ng dalawang linggo bago ang pagdating
• Katayuan ng Sertipiko ng Baksinasyon sa Yellow Fever (kung kinakailangan)
• Pahayag ng anumang sintomas na naranasan sa nakaraang dalawang linggo, kabilang ang:
  • Diyarrhea
  • Pagsusuka
  • Sakit sa tiyan
  • Lagnat
  • Pangangati
  • Sakit ng ulo
  • Sore throat
  • Jaundice
  • Ubo o kakulangan sa paghinga
  • Pinalaking glandula ng lymph o malambot na bukol
  • Iba pa (na may pagtukoy)

Mahalaga: Kung magdeklara ka ng anumang sintomas, maaaring kailanganin mong dumaan sa counter ng Kagawaran ng Kontrol ng Sakit bago pumasok sa immigration checkpoint.

Mga Kinakailangan sa Baksinasyon sa Yellow Fever

Naglabas ang Ministry of Public Health ng mga regulasyon na ang mga aplikant na naglakbay mula o sa mga bansang idineklarang Yellow Fever Infected Areas ay dapat magbigay ng International Health Certificate na nagpapatunay na sila ay tumanggap ng Yellow Fever vaccination.

Ang International Health Certificate ay dapat isumite kasama ng visa application form. Ang manlalakbay ay kinakailangang ipakita ang sertipiko sa Immigration Officer sa pagdating sa port of entry sa Thailand.

Ang mga mamamayan ng mga bansang nakalista sa ibaba na hindi naglakbay mula/sa mga bansang iyon ay hindi nangangailangan ng sertipikong ito. Gayunpaman, dapat silang magkaroon ng konkretong ebidensya na nagpapakita na ang kanilang tirahan ay hindi nasa isang apektadong lugar upang maiwasan ang hindi kinakailangang abala.

Ipinapagana ang Iyong Impormasyon sa TDAC

Pinapayagan ng sistema ng TDAC na i-update ang karamihan sa iyong mga isinumiteng impormasyon anumang oras bago ang iyong paglalakbay. Gayunpaman, tulad ng nabanggit kanina, ang ilang mga pangunahing personal na pagkakakilanlan ay hindi maaaring baguhin. For each international entry into Thailand, you need to complete a new TDAC. Since you're entering Thailand once before and once after visiting Malaysia, you'll need two separate TDAC applications.

If you use agents.co.th/tdac-apply, you can log in and copy your previous submission to quickly get a new TDAC issued for your second entry. 

It saves you from having to re-enter all your details.

The TDAC is NOT a visa.

It is just a required step for reporting your arrival.

Depending on your passport country you may still need a visa, or you may qualify for a 60 day exemption (which can be extended for an additional 30 days).

For both the official TDAC, and the agents TDAC the additional travelers option comes after you submit your first traveler.

With a group that large you may want to try the agents form just in case anything goes wrong.

Sometimes the Cloudflare check just doesn’t work. I had a layover in China and couldn’t get it to load no matter what. 

Thankfully, the agent’s TDAC system doesn’t use that annoying barrier. It worked smoothly for me without any issues.

If you used the Agents TDAC you can just login, and edit your TDAC, and it will reissue for you.

But if you used the official government form you will have to submit the whole thing again as they do not allow editing the passport number.

You cannot update your departure details on the TDAC after you’ve already arrived.

Currently, there's no requirement to keep the TDAC information updated after entry ( just like the old paper form ).

You’ll need to apply for two TDACs. 

With the tdac agents system, you can first complete one application, then log out and log back in. 

You’ll then see an option to copy your existing TDAC, making the second application much faster.

عند عملي طلب TDAC طلب مني سداد مبلغ للبطاقة eSIM وعند وصولي للمطار طلبت eSIM من المكاتب الموجودة في المطار ولكن لم يتم التعرف على ذلك وكل مكتب حولني للمكتب الاخر ولم يتمكن احد منهم تفعيل الخدمة وتم شراء بطاقة جديدة من المكاتب ولم استفد من خدمة eSIM

For the TDAC refers to Thailand. If you do not have one it's optional.

My Nationality has been mentioned wrong. My nationality is not Dutch. It is The Kingdom of the Netherlands. Dutch is the language spoken in The Netherlands

For the TDAC official government site is not correct "NLD : DUTCH", the agents service does correctly identify this as NETHERLANDS (can be searched by both NLD, NETHERLANDS, and DUTCH).

This appears to be an issue with an old country list that the Thai immigration website is using, it has multiple errors.

Я не могу обновить информацию о моем переносе вылета с Пхукета,потоиу что в строке"прибытие"число 25 не нажимается,т.к.оно уже прошло видимо,а ввод этой даты вручную выдает"неправильное заполнение"....что  же делать?

Обновлять TDAC после въезда в Таиланд не требуется.
TDAC — это документ, необходимый только для въезда в страну.

For my TDAC I finally used the agents one, and it worked correctly. 

When I select a city with a "-" in the official one it did not work for me, I tried like 10 times!!

We keep getting a validation error when entering the city from the drop down for the TDAC.

The official TDAC form has a bug right now where if you select a city with a "-" in it then it will cause an issue.

You can get around this by deleting the dash, and replacing it with a space.

При заполнении tdac, какую страну указывать страну влета? Я сажусь в России но у меня пересадка в Китае 10 часов и второй рейс будет с Китая, транзитную зону я не покидаю

В вашей ситуации ваш второй рейс, скорее всего, имеет другой номер рейса. Из-за этого вам нужно будет выбрать Китай и соответствующий номер рейса для вашего TDAC в качестве страны отправления.

สำหรับ TDAC หากคุณเป็นคนไทยแต่เดินทางเข้าประเทศโดยใช้หนังสือเดินทางของสหราชอาณาจักร คุณจะต้องกรอก TDAC ด้วยเหตุผลเดียวกับที่คุณจะได้รับตราประทับวีซ่า

เพียงเลือกสหราชอาณาจักรเป็นประเทศในหนังสือเดินทางของคุณ

If it's a separate ticket then you should be using the flight last ticket / leg of the journey for your TDAC arrival flight.

Oui, vous devez soumettre une demande de TDAC pour chaque entrée en Thaïlande.

Le plus tôt que vous pouvez le faire via le site officiel du gouvernement (https://tdac.immigration.go.th/) est 3 jours avant votre arrivée.

Cependant, il est également possible de le faire le jour de votre vol, ou même à votre arrivée en Thaïlande, bien que cela puisse entraîner des retards si vous n’avez pas de connexion Internet ou si les bornes à l’aéroport sont surchargées.

Il est donc recommandé de le faire à l’avance, dès que la fenêtre de 72 heures s’ouvre.

可以的，如果飯店地址中有區域或子區域的名稱重複，沒有關係。只要完整地址與郵遞區號正確，並且與實際飯店的位置一致，就不會對 TDAC 的申請造成任何問題。

또는 신뢰할 수 있는 대행사를 통해 소정의 수수료($8)로 미리 신청을 시작하실 수도 있습니다. 그러면 도착 72시간 전이 되면 자동으로 제출 및 발급됩니다.

At the moment the TDAC is not required when leaving Thailand.

But it is being ask for if you apply for certain visa types, so it makes sense to save your TDAC email / pdf.

Jika Anda tidak memiliki nama keluarga atau nama belakang, untuk pengisian formulir TDAC, Anda cukup memasukkan tanda strip seperti ini: "-" pada kolom nama keluarga.

Hal ini sudah sesuai dan dapat diterima dalam sistem TDAC tanpa masalah.
