Virallinen lähde
Emme ole virallinen lähde; käytämme riippumattomia maailmanlaajuisia valvontapalveluja, jotka tarkistavat sivuston tdac.immigration.go.th minuutin välein sekä Thaimaasta että sen ulkopuolelta.
Miksi tämä on tärkeää
Kun virallinen portaali ei toimi, matkustajien on lykättävä hakemusten jättämistä tai käytettävä luotettavia palveluja. Ilmoitamme tällaisista tilanteista välittömästi.
Hätätilanteen TDAC‑käsittely
Jos saavut 72 tunnin kuluessa ja viranomaissivusto on poissa käytöstä, AGENTS jättää pyyntösi maksutta, säilyttää sen turvallisesti ja lähettää sen heti, kun palvelut palaavat.
Miten toimia
Jos käyttökatko ilmenee, odota UP‑lokimerkintää tai anna AGENTSIN jonottaa hakemuksesi, jotta se lähetetään automaattisesti heti, kun maahanmuuttoviraston järjestelmät palautuvat.
