Què fer quan el TDAC no funciona
Font oficial
No som la font oficial; fem servir monitors independents d’arreu del món que comproven tdac.immigration.go.th cada minut, des de dins i fora de Tailàndia.
Per què és important
Quan el portal oficial no funciona, els viatgers han d’ajornar les sol·licituds o utilitzar serveis de confiança. Nosaltres notifiquem aquests esdeveniments immediatament.
Gestió d’emergència del TDAC
Si arribes en un termini de 72 hores i el lloc web del govern està fora de servei, AGENTS presenta la teva sol·licitud de manera gratuïta, la conserva de forma segura i l’envia al minut que es reprenguin els serveis.
Com respondre
Si es produeix una interrupció, espera un registre d’UP o permet que AGENTS posi la teva sol·licitud en cua perquè s’enviï automàticament tan bon punt es recuperin els sistemes d’immigració.
